Tell us a little bit about your company. What do you specialize in? What services do you offer? I am a licensed holistic aesthetician. I specialize in apothecary style facial treatments and custom blend make up I make my own formulas of foundation and create lipstick and lipgloss that contain natural ingredients, my professional products that I utilize, and that I sell are true organic products that I have sourced from Finland, Sausalito, Canada, and Greenfield Massachusetts.
Why did you start your business?I started my business because I have always been passionate about skin and beauty since I was a young child and I knew at a young age that I always wanted to have my own business that I would do something that I loved. I also love helping others feel beautiful and helping skin to look it's best knew that I would be offering something very unique in my area and wanted to be able to share with others.
What sets you apart from other brands similar to yours? I definitely feel that my craft is quite unique due to the fact that I am very knowledgeable in aromatherapy and custom blend my masks using herbs, flowers, and plants into my facial treatments so it is never the same facial each facial is unique, addressing all skin concerns and issues by choosing the appropriate botanicals during my facials. I also really love to incorporate special modalities that are sourced from Europe, giving a high-quality facial treatment is always my intention. I have many many years of working with skin since I was 20 years old and have really developed my craft by continuing my education and involving myself in holistic approaches and diving deeper into massage, techniques, learning more about flowers and their properties and how I can utilize those for certain skin types and skin conditions.
Where do you see the future of your business?In the next year or so, I would like my business to continue to flourish, continue my education by taking specialty courses, and would like to have a skin care boutique that can be offered to the public to come in and shop true organic skin care products.
