In this feature, we dive into the story behind Ms. Naestyles LLC, the passion that fuels it, and what’s next for this growing brand that’s changing the game in inclusive hair care.

Tell us a little bit about your company. What do you specialize in? What products or services do you offer? Ms Naestyles LLC offers comprehensive hair care services for all textures. I provide educational classes to empower clients and have created a product line tailored for diverse hair types, ensuring quality solutions.

What sets you apart from other brands similar to yours? At Ms. Naestyles LLC, I take pride in providing high-quality, inclusive hair care, with a special focus on clients with sensory sensitivities and special needs. I strive to create a comfortable and positive experience for everyone, ensuring that each client feels valued and cared for. My services, like knotless braids with hair included, are designed for convenience, with transparent pricing and a smooth booking process. Beyond styling, I am passionate about education and plan to train other stylists on how to better serve special needs clients. Building strong relationships with my clients is at the heart of my business, creating a welcoming and professional environment that promotes self-care and confidence. As the founder of Black in Business 805, I am deeply committed to uplifting my community and supporting Black entrepreneurs. Looking ahead, I plan to open a brick-and-mortar location, expand educational opportunities, and establish brand partnerships, making Ms. Naestyles LLC more than just a hair business—it’s a movement dedicated to empowerment, education, and excellence.

Where do you see the future of your business? Over the next year, I see Ms. Naestyles LLC evolving in exciting ways. I have secured a salon suite, which is a major step toward creating a space where my clients—especially those with special needs—can feel comfortable and cared for. This suite allows me to offer a more personalized and private experience while continuing to provide high-quality, inclusive hair care. With this new space, I plan to expand my services, build a loyal clientele, and begin teaching specialized classes to train other stylists on how to properly care for clients with sensory sensitivities. I also want to travel more, both for work and personal growth, whether that’s attending industry events, networking, or taking time to recharge. Additionally, I am focused on strengthening my brand, increasing my visibility, and creating new opportunities that will allow me to empower my clients and community. This next year is all about growth, expansion, and setting the foundation for long-term success.

How are your services booked? My services can be booked directly through my website, MsNaestylesLLC.com, making it easy and convenient for clients to schedule their appointments. As for my products, I currently offer them through direct sales, and with my new salon suite, I plan to make them more accessible to my clients during their visits. As my business grows, I look forward to expanding my product availability, whether through an online platform or in-person retail at my salon space.
